Thanks for stopping by! My name is Amber Schrama and I'm a graphic designer from Haarlem, The Netherlands. I've just graduated college and I'm very excited to be stepping into the 'real world'.
Over the past few years, I've come to realise that I really like working with real people who love fashion, food, and photography, as well as making good ideas turn into something beautiful and powerful, I have a knack for print media, but have just as good as an idea what to do with Instagram and Facebook. Basically, I love designing, doesn't really matter what, let me dive into InDesign and you can call me a happy woman.
In May 2018, I finally made the leap to start my own business Studio Freckled Moon, as a way of keeping busy and making myself available for freelance jobs. I managed to get a freelance job at AGCS and work on some really cool projects for Yamaha, Bathstore and Universal Pictures. At the same time, I had a few clients for whom I created their branding and logo designs. All great opportunities and such fun projects!
When I'm not behind my computer creating new things, you've got about a 100% chance I'm either reading a novel, watching the latest episode of one of my favourite tv-shows (think; Sherlock, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and any other show that involves crime and/or good humour), writing a new short story for my never-ending book, or baking some delicious goods in the kitchen.
Shortly, I am passionate, ambitious, excited, and ready for a new challenge!
